La <strong>nueva regulaci\u00f3n medioambiental<\/strong> aprobada por la<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imo.org\/ES\/\">OIM<\/a> (Organizaci\u00f3n Mar\u00edtima Internacional)<\/strong> obliga a las embarcaciones a usar combustibles bajos en azufre, como el Gas Natural Licuado. Esta nueva normativa denominada<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.imo.org\/es\/MediaCentre\/PressBriefings\/pages\/34-IMO-2020-sulphur-limit-.aspx\"> IMO 2020<\/a> <\/strong>se estableci\u00f3 el 1 de enero de 2020 en casi la totalidad de las costas de Europa occidental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta decisi\u00f3n <strong>reducir\u00e1 notablemente la cantidad de \u00f3xido de azufre procedente de los motores de los barcos y buques que se acercan a las costas.<\/strong> Supondr\u00e1 un beneficio para la salud y el medioambiente, en especial para las poblaciones de costa y puertos mar\u00edtimos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La demanda en Gas Natural L\u00edquido en los puertos se ha incrementado exponencialmente<\/strong>, ya que gran parte del transporte mar\u00edtimo ha visto una oportunidad en el empleo del GNL para alimentar sus propulsores. La creciente demanda requiere de la creaci\u00f3n de nuevas infraestructuras que permitan el suministro, ya que hasta ahora se realizaba mediante camiones cisterna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Cryospain le ha sido encargado el<strong> dise\u00f1o y producci\u00f3n de 2.000 metros de tuber\u00eda aislada al vac\u00edo para esta planta de bunkering GNL.<\/strong> La duraci\u00f3n del proyecto ser\u00e1 de 50 semanas, realizando desde las labores de dise\u00f1o hasta la producci\u00f3n en taller y la entrega del producto. <strong>La instalaci\u00f3n se dise\u00f1ar\u00e1 de acuerdo con el c\u00f3digo EN 13480 y teniendo en cuenta una presi\u00f3n estimada de 17 Bares.<\/strong> <strong>Los di\u00e1metros de las tuber\u00edas de proceso van desde DN50 para los tramos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os y hasta DN350.<\/strong> Las grandes dimensiones de este proyecto hacen que sea, probablemente, la mayor instalaci\u00f3n de este tipo en Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En Cryospain somos expertos en el dise\u00f1o y producci\u00f3n de tuber\u00edas criog\u00e9nicas aisladas al vac\u00edo. <strong>Nuestro<a href=\"https:\/\/cryospain.com\/es\/ingenieria\"> equipo t\u00e9cnico<\/a> se apoya en varios softwares de c\u00e1lculo y de dise\u00f1o de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.
