En esta ocasi\u00f3n abordamos el <strong>retrofit de un barco<\/strong>, para que pueda ser propulsado por un sistema de bajas emisiones, adem\u00e1s de <strong>un barco totalmente nuevo, que desde su concepci\u00f3n ha apostado por un combustible alternativo<\/strong> como es el Gas Natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dos-nuevos-barcos-ser-n-equipados-con-la-tecnolog-a-de-tuber-as-aisladas-al-vac-o-de-cryospain\" style=\"font-size:23px\"><span style=\"color:#00607f\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Dos nuevos barcos ser\u00e1n equipados con la tecnolog\u00eda de tuber\u00edas aisladas al vac\u00edo de Cryospain<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos nuevos proyectos reafirman a Cryospain <strong>como una empresa de gran proyecci\u00f3n internacional<\/strong>, capaz de ofrecer a sus clientes la m\u00e1xima garant\u00eda y calidad en sus proyectos de GNL para barcos. No solamente solventamos cualquier incidencia que nos proponga el cliente, <strong>damos una soluci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica adaptada a sus necesidades<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En estos momentos<strong> estamos en el proceso de dise\u00f1o y fabricaci\u00f3n de las tuber\u00edas aisladas al vac\u00edo<\/strong> para el retrofit y el barco nuevo con propulsi\u00f3n por GNL. Utilizando el software de dise\u00f1o m\u00e1s avanzado, nuestros ingenieros han desarrollado un recorrido de tuber\u00edas adaptado a la compleja estructura de cada barco. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-experiencia-y-calidad-son-nuestros-pilares\" style=\"font-size:23px\"><span style=\"color:#00607f\" class=\"has-inline-color\">La experiencia y calidad son nuestros pilares<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Este tipo de proyectos presenta una gran complejidad, ya que, en el caso de los retrofit, se debe adaptar un sistema de tuber\u00edas aisladas al vac\u00edo a una estructura que no fue dise\u00f1ado para albergarlo. Por suerte, esto no supone ning\u00fan problema para Cryospain ya que dispone en de un equipo experto en esta actividad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestro ingenieros cuentan con una<strong> gran experiencia en este tipo de trabajos<\/strong>, con m\u00e1s de 10 proyectos de GNL para barcos realizados <a href=\"https:\/\/cryospain.com\/es\/gnl-para-barcos-cryospain-emprende-su-6o-proyecto-de-bunkering\"><strong>por todo el mundo<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Entre los dos proyectos que se est\u00e1n actualmente abordando, se han dise\u00f1ado y se van a fabricar casi 1000 metros de tuberia a medida, con di\u00e1metros comprendidos entre DN15 y DN100. <\/strong>Este sistema de tuber\u00edas se dividir\u00e1 en dos tipos: <strong>Tuberia Aislada al Vac\u00edo Criogenica<\/strong> (VIP) y <strong>tuberia ventilada.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cryospain apuesta por los<strong> combustibles de bajas emisiones para sustituir los combustibles tradicionales: <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Motor_di%C3%A9sel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Di\u00e9sel<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fueloil\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fuel-Oil<\/a>.<\/strong> Nos preocupa al m\u00e1ximo el cuidado al medio ambiente y sabemos que el uso de GNL para barcos representa el camino para conseguir cero emisiones de efecto invernadero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong><em>Conoce m\u00e1s: <a href=\"https:\/\/cryospain.com\/es\/retrofit-mejorar-rendimiento-medioambiental-barcos\">Retrofit o como mejorar el rendimiento medioambiental de los barcos<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-gas-natural-un-futuro-m-s-smart-para-el-transporte-mar-timo\" style=\"font-size:23px\"><span style=\"color:#00607f\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Gas Natural: un futuro m\u00e1s \u00absmart\u00bb para el transporte mar\u00edtimo<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El GNL (Gas Natural Licuado) es un producto criog\u00e9nico que se transporta a approx. 160 grados bajo cero, lo cual permite almacenar m\u00e1s cantidad en el mismo espacio que con el GNC (gas natural comprimido). <strong>El GNL se presenta como la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s inteligente para el transporte mar\u00edtimo &#8211; un combustible limpio, accesible y disponer de un buen precio.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/cryospain.com\/es\/retrofit-mejorar-rendimiento-medioambiental-barcos\">comparaci\u00f3n con el Fuel-Oil y el Gasoil<\/a>,&nbsp;el GNL reduce las emisiones de&nbsp;di\u00f3xido de carbono&nbsp;(CO2)<\/strong> entre un 20% y un 25%.
