Estamos muy contentos de comenzar este proyecto, una prueba m\u00e1s de nuestra creciente reputaci\u00f3n en el dise\u00f1o y fabricaci\u00f3n de sistemas de tuber\u00edas VIP. Una reputaci\u00f3n que se debe a <strong>nuestro compromiso de utilizar \u00fanicamente la tecnolog\u00eda y las t\u00e9cnicas m\u00e1s avanzadas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em><strong>Conoce nuestra nueva <a href=\"https:\/\/cryospain.com\/new-cryogenic-production-plant-cryospains-capacity-increases\">planta de producci\u00f3n<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-calidad-en-cada-paso\" style=\"font-size:23px\">Calidad en cada paso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los expertos de Cryospain realizan nuestros proyectos de tuber\u00edas VIP en<strong> 3 fases optimizadas<\/strong>. Desde que recibimos la solicitud de un cliente, hasta la entrega e instalaci\u00f3n en su destino final:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Dise\u00f1o<\/strong>: Nuestro departamento de ingenieros y delineantes elabora los planos a medida de cada proyecto. Esto incluye los c\u00e1lculos de de tensiones y elementos finitos para toda la red de la cryoline. Incluye tambi\u00e9n renders visuales en 3D para dar a nuestros clientes un contexto real y permitirles prever la ruta \u00f3ptima de la tuber\u00eda.<\/li><li><strong>Producci\u00f3n<\/strong>: En primer lugar, los equipos de nuestro taller propio llevan a cabo la producc\u00f3n y la soldadura de toda la l\u00ednea de tuber\u00edas por secciones siguiendo las directrices marcadas por el equopo de dise\u00f1o e ingenier\u00eda. En segundo lugar, una vez terminados estos procesos, pasan a las pruebas de calidad seg\u00fan la <a href=\"https:\/\/ehs.msu.edu\/lab-clinic\/chem\/compr-cryogen\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">normativa correspondiente<\/a> al gas criog\u00e9nico que se va a transportar. Despu\u00e9s de comprobar que la tuber\u00eda VIP cumple con todas las pruebas de calidad, se empaqueta para su env\u00edo.<\/li><li><strong>Montaje y supervisi\u00f3n<\/strong>: Por \u00faltimo, nuestros equipos se desplazar\u00e1n a Huelva para supervisar el proceso de montaje en octubre y noviembre de 2020. Nuestros ingenieros conocen de primera mano las dificultades que pueden surgir y tienen un profundo conocimiento de las normas de seguridad m\u00e1s exigentes<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El proyecto de Huelva constar\u00e1 de 130 metros de tuber\u00edas VIP para la conducci\u00f3n de nitr\u00f3geno l\u00edquido (LIN), con un di\u00e1metro\/espesor aproximado de 33&#215;1,5 mm y una presi\u00f3n de servicio de 25 Bares.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-el-compromiso-con-tu-satisfacci-n-como-cliente-nuestro-f-rmula-para-el-xito\" style=\"font-size:23px\">El compromiso con tu satisfacci\u00f3n como cliente: nuestro f\u00f3rmula para el \u00e9xito<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestros proyectos de ingenier\u00eda criog\u00e9nica, tanto nacionales como internacionales, son la<strong> manifestaci\u00f3n de la calidad <\/strong>que exigimos para nuestros clientes.
