La instalaci\u00f3n consiste en cuatro imanes superconductores para aplicaciones m\u00e9dicas que recibir\u00e1n helio l\u00edquido de alta pureza a 20k desde un sistema de<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cryostat\"> cryostato<\/a>-cryo compresor para enfriarlo y proyectarlo sobre los imanes superconductores. Una vez usado, se recupera el helio para su reutilizaci\u00f3n, creando un ciclo de reciclaje de este gas tan valioso.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-expertos-de-confianza-para-retos-tecnologicos\">Expertos de confianza para retos tecnol\u00f3gicos <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El alcance de Cryospain dentro de este proyecto ser\u00e1 el dise\u00f1o t\u00e9rmico\/mec\u00e1nico a trav\u00e9s de herramientas de dise\u00f1o CAD, simulaciones FEM de los cabezales de suministro y el sistema de recuperaci\u00f3n y retorno del helio, as\u00ed como su construcci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, la complejidad del proyecto va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la simple manipulaci\u00f3n del helio a bajas temperaturas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El cliente exige cumplir con eficiencias t\u00e9rmicas muy particulares y restrictivas, que establecen un m\u00e1ximo de 75W de p\u00e9rdidas t\u00e9rmicas. Todo ello en un circuito de 18 metros de tuber\u00edas, con bayonetas, interfaz con elementos flexibles, v\u00e1lvulas motorizadas y accesorios. Por tanto, el desarrollo de tuber\u00edas y bayonetas (Johnston couplings) debe tener un dise\u00f1o y un c\u00e1lculo optimizado para asegurar el cumplimiento de estas exigencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proyecto representa un gran desaf\u00edo para Cryospain, quien se ha involucrado intensamente en \u00e9l para garantizar que el dise\u00f1o t\u00e9rmico\/mec\u00e1nico sea de la m\u00e1xima calidad y que se cumplan todas las especificaciones del cliente. Queremos demostrar una vez m\u00e1s nuestra capacidad para manejar desaf\u00edos t\u00e9cnicos altamente complejos y ofrecer soluciones eficientes a nuestros clientes de criogenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-detalles-del-desafio\">Detalles del desaf\u00edo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Se crear\u00e1 una instalaci\u00f3n de tuber\u00edas a vac\u00edo para enfriar dos sets de 4 imanes superconductores. Para conseguir este prop\u00f3sito se utilizar\u00e1 helio l\u00edquido para alcanzar temperaturas bajas y conseguir la superconductividad, mediante un campo magn\u00e9tico de gran potencia. El helio l\u00edquido consigue reducir la resistencia el\u00e9ctrica del bobinado de los imanes casi a cero, pudiendo conducir corrientes muy grandes sin generar calor, convirti\u00e9ndose en un conductor el\u00e9ctrico perfecto.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al reducir la resistencia el\u00e9ctrica se modera notablemente la energ\u00eda necesaria para conseguir un valor tan grande de campo magn\u00e9tico. Por lo tanto, con esta tecnolog\u00eda ya no se necesitan altos niveles de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica para la generaci\u00f3n del campo. Una vez generado el campo electromagn\u00e9tico se puede apagar, ya que se vuelve autogenerador en condiciones de superconducci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/cryospain.com\/cryoline\">dise\u00f1o incluye<\/a> un circuito cerrado para suministrar helio de alta pureza enfriado gracias a un chiller-enfriador y un cryo compresor, donde el helio recircular\u00e1 para bajar su temperatura.
