El nuevo dise\u00f1o de tuber\u00edas criog\u00e9nicas transfromar\u00e1 el motor di\u00e9sel-fuel oil a Gas Natural Licuado.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la introducci\u00f3n de la<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imo.org\/es\/MediaCentre\/PressBriefings\/pages\/34-IMO-2020-sulphur-limit-.aspx\">normativa IMO 2020<\/a><\/strong>, <strong>cada vez son m\u00e1s las empresas que deciden confiar en Cryospain<\/strong> <strong>para llevar a cabo la transformaci\u00f3n de sus barcos a sistemas de propulsi\u00f3n de bajas emisiones.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proyecto ser\u00e1 el s\u00e9ptimo de adaptaciones de barco a GNL que dise\u00f1e el equipo de Cryospain. La nueva instalaci\u00f3n estar\u00e1 compuesta por <strong>70 metros de tuber\u00eda aislada al vac\u00edo (VIP) de di\u00e1metro DN100 y 120 metros de tuber\u00eda ventilada de di\u00e1metro DN100.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Conoce m\u00e1s sobre nuestras <em><a href=\"https:\/\/cryospain.com\/es\/cryoline\">cryolines<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>El GNL (Gas Natural Licuado) es un producto criog\u00e9nico que se transporta a m\u00e1s de 160 grados bajo cero, circunstancia que permite almacenar m\u00e1s cantidad en el mismo espacio que con el GNC (gas natural comprimido). El GNL se presenta como una de las mejores opciones para el transporte mar\u00edtimo, por ser un combustible limpio, accesible y disponer de un buen precio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En comparaci\u00f3n con el Fuel-Oil y el Gasoil, <strong>el GNL reduce las emisiones de\u00a0di\u00f3xido de carbono\u00a0(CO2)<\/strong>, entre un 20% y un 25%. Estas emisiones son las principales responsables del\u00a0efecto invernadero.\u00a0EL Gas natural liquado, tambi\u00e9n elimina las\u00a0emisiones de part\u00edculas s\u00f3lidas en suspensi\u00f3n, reduce las emisiones de \u00f3xidos de nitr\u00f3geno (NOx) al menos en un 80% y elimina pr\u00e1cticamente las emisiones de di\u00f3xido de nitr\u00f3geno (NO2) y de \u00f3xidos de azufre (SOx).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Cryospain se apuesta siempre por la <strong>garant\u00eda y la calidad,<\/strong> por ello se apuesta por los <strong>certificados internacionales m\u00e1s exigentes.<\/strong> El auditor de calidad para este proyecto ser\u00e1 Bureau Veritas, compa\u00f1\u00eda con m\u00e1s de 190 a\u00f1os de experiencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-el-proyecto-de-adaptaci-n-de-barco-a-gnl\">El proyecto de adaptaci\u00f3n de barco a GNL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El proyecto de adaptaci\u00f3n de barco a GNL ser\u00e1 de 20 semanas.<\/strong> En estos momentos se encuentra en fase de dise\u00f1o, planificando y verificando todos los detalles para solventar cualquier circunstancia adversa que se pueda encontrar. La segunda fase comprender\u00e1 en la fabricaci\u00f3n y preinstalaci\u00f3n los elementos necesarios para la adaptaci\u00f3n de barco a GNL, como: tuber\u00edas, conexiones, elementos de control y seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez finalizada la segunda fase del proyecto de adaptaci\u00f3n de barco a GNL, se transportar\u00e1n todos los elementos necesarios para comenzar la operaci\u00f3n de ensamblaje en el buque. Este proceso se realizar\u00e1 en el <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.west-sea.pt\/es\/QuienesSomos.html\">astillero de West Sea<\/a><\/strong>, <strong>en Viana do Castelo, Portugal<\/strong>. En este astillero ya se han realizado colaboraciones previamente y se demuestra de nuevo la confianza que se tiene en Cryospain para el dise\u00f1o y elaboraci\u00f3n de este tipo de conversiones. Todo el proceso ser\u00e1 supervisado por nuestro jefe de\u00a0proyecto.
