High-pressure gas filling stations
At Cryospain, we design, build, and commission high-pressure gas filling stations and mixing systems for different types of industrial and medicinal gas.
We also supply devices for the maintenance of the cylinders and equipment for the control of production traceability.
We execute basic designs (P&ID, plant design, safety analysis, etc.) through to complete turnkey facilities. We also adapt plant operations to function in manual or automatic mode, according to the needs of the works.
Our filling stations and gas mixing systems comply with the strictest international standards and regulations.

We design, supply, and install
CO2 and N2O filling stations
These types of gas must be stored in high-pressure tanks, which require very specific operations and procedures.
Our filling stations comply with the standards and regulations established on an international level.
LNG regasification satellite plants
We create and commission comprehensive natural gas storage and distribution equipment for factories and towns located far from the production centers or which have no gas supply.
We produce installations with flows ranging from 500 a 5,000 Nm3/hr. Using a modular design and standardized components, we can adapt our satellite plants to specific storage volume and supply flow requirements.
Our technical teams also take care of the subsequent monitoring and maintenance of these infrastructures.
Cryospain’s LNG satellite plants comply with the strictest standards and regulations on an international level.
NGV Stations:
LNG and CNG
Land transport fueled by CNG and LNG is experiencing growing demand. In mobility, gas has shown itself to be a more efficient, cleaner, and more sustainable fuel than the traditional fuels, in addition to possessing significant environmental advantages such as reduced emissions of CO2 and other pollutants.
At Cryospain we are aware of the need to increase the development of resupply infrastructures to consolidate this great progress, which is why we design, produce, and supply NGV stations.
Conversion of trains to LNG
The railway industry is opting more and more for the use of more environmentally-friendly fuels, like LNG.
Cryospain is participating as a technological partner in the RaiLNG project which has commissioned Spain’s first LNG-operated goods railway.
We have collaborated in this project, designing and manufacturing LNG storage and filling systems and CNG vaporization and compression systems, in addition to producing the rest of the auxiliary equipment.
