2. What type of data do we hold in relation to you and how did we obtain it?

The categories of personal data Cryospain processes in relation to its clients and suppliers are as follows:

  • Identification data.
  • Postal and email addresses.
  • Commercial information.
  • Financial and transaction data.

Under no circumstances do we process especially protected data.

We obtain all the data mentioned above either directly from you through the sending of a contact form or submission of a sales offer, contractual offer, etc. or through your company when they provide us with the necessary identification data and other information to carry out the object of the contractual relationship between the parties. In the event of any change in the data, you or your company have the obligation to provide us with the updated data.

3. What is the purpose of the processing of your data?

At Cryospain we process the data provided to us by interested parties for the purpose of managing the different activities arising from specific procedures carried out in relation to sales, after-sales, supplier management, service quality, etc. We will therefore use your data to carry out any of the following actions:

  1. To send information requested through the contact form on our website or any other means of contact with our company.
  2. To provide both existing and potential clients with project and service offers that may be of interest to them, provided they have expressly agreed to the receipt of sales communications.
  3. To carry out the administrative, tax, and accounts management of our clients and/or suppliers.

4. How long do we keep your data for?

The personal data in relation to natural persons linked to potential clients provided as part of requests for information or queries shall be kept for the necessary period to reply to the query and a maximum of 6 months. After this period, your personal data will be erased from all of Cryospain’s systems.

In the case of clients and suppliers, this is kept whilst the commercial relationship between the parties remains in force, in any case respecting the minimum legal retention periods according to the subject matter, which may not exceed the maximum of 10 years in accordance with the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing. After this period, your personal data will be erased from all of Cryospain’s systems.

In the event that you have agreed to receive commercial information, your data will be kept until you unsubscribe.

The supply of personal data requires a minimum age of 14 years, or, if applicable, sufficient legal capacity to enter into contracts.

The requested personal data is necessary to manage your requests and provide you with any services you may contract, for which reason, if you do not provide them, it is possible that we will not be able to assist you correctly or provide you with the requested service.

6. Who will your data be disclosed to?

Cryospain will never share your personal data with any third party company that intends to use it in its direct marketing activities, unless you have expressly authorized us to do so.

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation regarding whether or not Cryospain is processing personal data in relation to them.

Likewise, data subjects may request the right of rectification of inaccurate data or, if applicable, request the erasure of the data when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, among other reasons.

9. Applicable legislation
